"Emollient"

My friend Abigail and I saw immediately that the reprobate at Lady Chadwick’s soiree did not use the proper emollients on her skin.

This one is hilarious, Alisa! I have long wondered if it would be possible to make a story using all of the "Word of the Day" words for a month. You've got a pretty good start with this one sentence!

:)

Perhaps if the reprobate at Lady Chadwick's soiree had rubbed enough emollient on her arms, she could have slipped away from her captors.

I wonder how many words we can work into this little storyline?

The boy rubbed emollient into his rough farm labourers hands in the hope that his girlfriend would hold his hand tonight, without noticing his calloused skin.
