Claire looked on with envy at the glamorous aristocrats attending the soiree.
The Duke counted the minutes as he mingled with the guests at the soiree hosted by the tedious Lady Fielding.
"Oh Mindy, I love attending soirees. Just look at all the beautiful gowns. Hey, who is that chick in the jeans and hoody? How did SHE get in?"
I love it!!!
The soiree was a very genteel affair with afternoon tea & cucumber sandiches.
